Thanks for the sensitive discussion about the chickens.
At the risk of sounding like a kooky vegan freak: you can prevent yourself from ingesting these antibiotics all together by not eating chickens or eggs at all!

Also about the chickens,
With estrogen in the chicken feed, the chickens become more tender and grow faster.
It’s smart to limit the amount of store bought chicken you eat, men.
